Conclusion of Sales Contracts and Customer Accounts
The Store allows for the purchase of goods (hereinafter referred to as "Goods") and digital content or digital services delivered online (hereinafter referred to as "Digital Products"), displayed on the Store’s website, in two modes:
- Without registration
- With the creation of an account in the Store
In both cases, to place an order, customers must select Goods and/or Digital Products in the Store, add them to the “Cart” using the appropriate button, and proceed with the order process by selecting the appropriate options (delivery method and payment method).
Information about products in the Store, including descriptions and prices, constitutes an invitation to conclude a sales contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code, under the conditions outlined in these Terms.
To place an order, it is necessary to complete all the required fields in the order form with the information needed to perform the contract and, if requested by the customer, provide data to generate a VAT invoice.
If the customer decides to create an account in the Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Account"), registration is a one-time process. Details regarding the provision of the digital service of maintaining an Account by the Seller are available below in the Account Terms and Conditions.
After logging into the Account, the customer has access to their order history, and for future orders, they do not need to fill out their personal data again in the order form.
The customer may resign from maintaining an Account at any time, free of charge. To do so, the customer must send a resignation request to the email address: zpleciona@gmail.com.
Order Confirmation and Agreement Conclusion

- Submits an offer to the Seller to purchase Goods and/or Digital Products in accordance with the options selected in the order and in compliance with these Terms.
- Accepts the obligation to pay the price of the Goods and/or Digital Products and the delivery costs.
A sales contract and/or a contract for the supply of digital content or a digital service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is concluded when the Seller accepts the order for processing (acceptance of the customer's offer), as communicated by an email confirmation of the order’s acceptance.
If it is not possible to fulfill an order for Goods (in whole or in part), the Seller will inform the customer. In such cases, no Agreement is concluded. The Seller may propose alternative solutions, such as partial fulfillment of the order or waiting for inventory restocking.
If the order was prepaid and cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will immediately refund the customer for the payment made (corresponding to the canceled portion of the order).
The Seller provides the customer with a confirmation of the Agreement on a durable medium no later than at the time of delivering the Goods or Digital Product.
The Store is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer or the lack of other data necessary to process the order.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend order processing if the customer provides false information or if there are justified doubts about its accuracy. If possible, the Seller will attempt to contact the customer to verify the provided information.
