RETURN OF GOODS

Each of my products is made to order, so I am not obligated to accept returns from customers according to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

PRODUCT COMPLAINT

To submit a complaint, please email me at zpleciona@gmail.com and wait for my response.

The message should include the following details:
- Full name
- Email address or mailing address; phone number
- Order number
- Description of the defect and the date it occurred
- The customer's request regarding the detected defect

You will be informed of the next steps in a separate message.
